Shadowrun @ Hacker House Global

Hello everyone! I don't believe I know any of you other than Marko but I'm sure we'll have fun together.

I've been a longtime Shadowrun fan and played it in lots of ways, from tabletop to mush, but this will be my first pbp in about 25 years.

My character, MaterialGrrrl, is an elf Covert Ops Specialist with some capability as a backup face or sniper.


EDIT: My rl name, btw, is pronounced without the J. Hence the pun in my post title!

MaterialGrrrl is a she.

She's "from" the Cal Free State in her early childhood, but grew up in Japan. Her ethnicity is caucasian and so in Japan she's considered exotic. At best... gaijin at worst. And that's even before factoring in the pointy-eared kawaruhito factor that's more important over there than in North America.
